Management change at OUAL

Omega Insurance Holdings Limited ("Omega" or "The Group") today announces that David Reed will become Managing Director of its managing agency Omega Underwriting Agents Limited ("OUAL"), subject to regulatory approval.

David Reed will join OUAL from R K Harrison Group, the leading independent insurance and reinsurance broking group, where he is Chief Operating Officer.

John Powell, Chairman of OUAL, commented:
