MANAGEMENT CHANGE AT DAIRY FARMCLEM CONSTANTINE TO BECOME CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

11 November 2019 - Dairy Farm International Holdings Limited today announced that Clem Constantine will become Chief Financial Officer of the Dairy Farm Group with immediate effect, having successfully performed the role on an interim basis since August. Clem will also retain his current leadership responsibilities for Property and Store Development.

Clem joined the Dairy Farm leadership team in September 2018 as Group Property Director. As well as having significant property expertise, Clem, as a qualified Chartered Accountant has extensive experience of senior finance roles in the Retail Sector in the UK.

Commenting on his appointment, Group Chief Executive Ian McLeod said: "During his time with Dairy Farm, Clem has shown strong leadership across our Property Division and more recently across the Group Finance functions. I am delighted he has now agreed to take on the Finance role permanently: we are fortunate to have someone of Clem's calibre and experience to provide leadership in these areas and wish him every success in his new role."
