BOARD AND MANAGEMENT APPOINTMENTS

The Board of Snoozebox Holdings plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Katherine Jane Ferguson, aged 42, as Chief Financial Officer. She will join the Company and the Board on 3 November 2014.

Kate joins from the Carbon Neutral Company where she has been Finance Director since February 2009. Prior to this, she held a number of financial roles at Callserve Communications and at Wavecrest before that. She trained as a Chartered Accountant and worked for KPMG between 1994 and 1998.

The Board is also pleased to announce the appointment, in a management role, of James Latham, as Head of Hotels. James joins Snoozebox after over 17 years at Whitbread where he held a variety of operational and business development roles, developing and rolling out Whitbread brands. James joins having completed his secondment at the BHA leading their Big Hospitality Conversation initiative.

Kate is an experienced Finance Director who will broaden and strengthen our Board and management and will help to deliver Snoozebox's potential. Her appointment will enable Lorcán to focus more on the Company's strategic development. James brings a wealth of hospitality experience to the Company and will lead and develop our hotel service delivery. We welcome them both and look forward to them joining the management team."

Save as disclosed above, there are no other details to be disclosed regarding Kate Ferguson's appointment as required under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
