Hampson Industries PLC30 November 2005 Hampson Industries today announces two key appointments as part of a plannedstrengthening of its senior management team. Speaking of the appointments, Kim Ward, Chief Executive of Hampson Industriestoday said: "I am pleased to announce two key appointments to strengthen our seniormanagement team, including the establishment of the new position of Group ChiefOperating Officer, as we continue to expand the Group with the proposedacquisitions in the USA of Coast Composites and Lamsco West. "Tim Hayter will be joining the Group as Chief Operating Officer inDecember 2005, reporting directly to myself. Tim has extensive experience ofoperating in senior positions in the aerospace industry, where he was mostrecently an Executive Director and, from 2001 to 2005, Chief Operating Officerof Chemring PLC. Tim brings a proven track record in operating in this keyposition. "Brendan Johnston will be joining the Group as Managing Director of our largestaerospace machining facility, at Birmingham.
