CSF, a leading provider of data centre facilities and services in South East Asia and the largest provider of data centre services in Malaysia, announces the following update.

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Michael Leong as Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Group with immediate effect. Mr. Leong has, to date, been the Head of the Management Committee at CSF. Mr Leong will not be on the board of CSF (the "Board").

As previously announced, the Board together with its management committee has continued to stabilise the business and concluded that the search for a permanent Chief Executive officer should be a longer term objective. The appointment of Mr Leong ensures the progress achieved to date continues whilst providing operational continuity for both customers and employees.

The Company intends to defer the announcement of its preliminary results from the week commencing 21 July 2014 (as announced earlier on 22 April 2014) to the end of September 2014 to allow for more time to finalise its year-end audit.

Commenting on today's announcement, Phil Cartmell, Chairman, said:

"The Board is confident that under the leadership of Michael Leong, the management will be able to effectively implement the Board's strategy of increasing the occupancy of the Group's data centres, reducing costs and conserving the Group's cash resource."
