RDF Group PLC("RDF" or "the Company")Managed Services Business
The Board of RDF Group PLC (AIM: RFG), the IT services company, with offices in Brighton, Bristol, Edinburgh and London, announces that it has conducted a review of the business following the update on the Company's trading for the period ended 31 March 2008.
In light of this review, the Board has concluded that the Company should sell its managed services business, subject to such sale achieving an acceptable price. The Board has appointed Smith & Williamson Corporate Finance Limited to manage the sale process. Further information regarding the sale of the business will be notified to the market, as appropriate.
