MALL FUND RESTRUCTURING: UNITHOLDER VOTE

Capital & Regional plc, the co-investing property manager, today announces that all the resolutions relating to the restructuring of the Mall Fund have been approved by unitholders.

Completion of the restructuring is conditional on approval by bondholders. The meeting of bondholders takes place on 15 July.
