Release date: Tuesday 22 March 2005Embargoed until: 07.00 CLS HOLDINGS PLC ("CLS") ANNOUNCES AN EXTENSIVE REFURBISHMENT OF GREAT WEST HOUSE, BRENTFORD The Board of CLS is pleased to announce that planning consent has been grantedfor the major refurbishment of Great West House on the Great West Road inBrentford.This prominent 14,400 sq m (155,000 sq ft) building is to be significantlyupdated to include a striking new roof line, over cladding and new landscaping.Internally there will be new reception areas and a gymnasium to complement theexisting on site staff restaurant, which has recently undergone refurbishment.It is envisaged that the works will be completed by December 2005 at a totalcost of ‚£8.5m.This innovative scheme has been designed by EPR Architects and is to beconstructed with the minimum disruption to the existing tenants, which includeBSkyB, Le Meridien and Allianz Cornhill Insurance.CLS has appointed King Sturge as joint letting agents with DTZ who aremarketing accommodation from 372 sq m (4,000 sq ft) to 5,220 sq m (56,200 sqft).
