This contract is one of the largestawarded to IDOX and further evidences the growing sales opportunities from thecombined IDOX and CAPS Solutions businesses. IDOX Software will be implemented across Cambridge City Council in a phasedapproach commencing immediately. The lead department will be Revenues andBenefits and thereafter implementations will take place in the Customer ServiceCentre, City Services and Housing. Cambridge City Council will use the IDOX Software solution to reconfigure theway services are provided to its customers by making services more joined up andmore effective thereby improving further its already excellent CPA rating. This contract was won after an extensive EU open tender evaluation andreferencing process.
