InternetQ Announces major mobile wins in the Southeast Asia Markets

InternetQ Accelerates its business growth in Southeast Asia by unveiling major mobile marketing wins with five new mobile campaigns

InternetQ plc (LSE-AIM: INTQ), one of the leading providers of mobile marketing and digital entertainment solutions announced today that, as expected, it has successfully executed important contracts and won new business with leading organizations in all regions of operation, tapping into the pan-Asian growth opportunities, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, i-POP Networks Ltd and INTQ Southeast Asia Ltd. Positioned to deliver growth, in the past six months Internet Q has increased connectivity by 125% to 124 mobile network operators, and coverage by 71% to 1.2 billion subscribers.

InternetQ's new business pipeline remains strong, driven by the global demand for mobile value-added services. Recent customer wins include new clients like InMobi, as well as customers InternetQ has worked with in the past, namely Sun Cellular, and media powerhouses like FremantleMedia and Brand New Media. These recent wins make InternetQ a leading provider of mobile marketing solutions and a powerful business aggregator for all local mobile network operators in this fast growing region.

The most recent agreements and partnerships, as demand takes off, include:

·; New agreement, with InMobi, the world's largest independent Mobile Advertising Network, to provide ongoing WAP Billing Connectivity Services. InMobi, a leading independent mobile advertising network that provides advertisers, publishers and developers a uniquely global solution for advertising, turned to InternetQ's wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore, i-POP Networks Pte Ltd, to leverage its flexible and robust WAP Billing platform throughout Southeast Asia. The InMobi network is constantly growing, currently reaching 340 Million consumers, in over 165 countries, through more than 60.2 Billion mobile ad impressions monthly. InMobi will deploy the WAP Billing solution to its key content clients, offering a competitive advantage in monetizing their products and engaging consumers in new ways to create brand awareness, build loyalty, and offer new content, with unprecedented engagement, ease-of-use, and purchase consideration. This is the first time InternetQ and InMobi are teaming up.

·; Sun Cellular, Philippines' leading telecommunications company and one of the fastest growing mobile network providers with over 17 million subscribers, entered into a new exclusive agreement with i-POP Networks, InternetQ's wholly owned subsidiary, to design and execute for the first time a Mega SMS Trivia Game Promotion. The campaign started December 15thand will last until the end of February 2012, leading to immediate ARPU increases, promoting value-added services, and strengthening customer loyalty by offering opportunities for cross-selling for other operator products and services.

·; FremantleMedia, one of the world's largest producers and distributors of entertainment brands, selected i-POP Networks Pte Ltd (InternetQ's wholly owned subsidiary) to provide the voting platform and services for its Vietnam's Got Talent 2012 show. This marks the seventh collaboration, since 2004 between i-POP and FremantleMedia. For this project, i-POP partnered with Minh Phat Vietnam, and won the fiercely contested license deal. This globally popular TV reality format is a viewer and voter driven show that will air for the first time from January 2012 until June 2012. The mobile experience is expected to deliver extended consumer brand engagement, generating the single largest vote in Vietnam TV history, while at the same time monetizing sponsor offerings via the SMS marketing opportunity.

·; InternetQ, through its subsidiary i-POP Networks, strengthens its already successful relationship with Brand New Media, an Australian TV Production Company, and inks another new deal, building and launching the CMS system and Online and Mobile Websites linked to their Family Cook off Series 2 TV show. As part of the agreement, i-POPs proprietary "Video Manager" platform will deliver the show's video clips to a device-optimized format, enabling a profitable model for providing engaging mobile video content to consumers. i-POP has provided their proven Video Manager platform to an impressive list of other clients, including ESPN STAR Sports, MTV Asia, and other Content Providers, as many brands are extending their marketing efforts to mobile devices.

·; Launching its first media promo with a broadcaster in Asia, a new agreement was signed with YEAH1 TV, a multiplatform media channel providing 360 degree convergence of youth lifestyle (including YEAH1Tv, Magazine: YEAH1TEEN, and Website YEAH1.COM) with viewers between the ages of 18 and 34, to run a Quiz Christmas Promotion, widely promoted on TV, Radio, websites, and leaflets, with great prizes.

Konstantinos Korletis, CEO of InternetQ commented:

"The immense mobile marketing growth potential of the Southeast Asia region is undeniable. We have been looking forward to partnering with leading companies to bring cutting-edge mobile marketing technology to our clients in this market. Following the acquisition of i-POP Networks last July, we have been able to achieve a smooth integration of the two companies, given our excellent fit in terms of strategy, geography and portfolio. This has allowed us to combine our global expertise with the local company's key relationships with top mobile network operators and other leading companies; thus strengthen InternetQ's market position as the principal-choice mobile marketing technology provider for this region.

"i-POP's management has been great to leverage on the reputation of InternetQ and has worked closely with the business development team of InternetQ to source new business and create increased sales pipeline opportunities for the group in rapidly developing markets. An important new step in strengthening our market positions is that, from now on, we will start presenting a single face to our customers, offering the combination of products and services of both companies under a single brand name, InternetQ. We believe that opportunities for our mobile technology business in Southeast Asia and other high-growth territories worldwide are greater today than at any other time. "
