Major Interest in Shares
Alliance Pharma plc (AIM: APH), the speciality pharmaceutical company, was informed on 7 January 2009 that Nigel Wray purchased, on 6 January 2009, a further 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. Mr Wray's resultant shareholding is 12,169,995 ordinary shares, equivalent to 7.51% of the Company's issued share capital.
