On the main priorities of strategic development

of "Halyk" Group for 2013-2015

JSC "Halyk Bank" (the "Bank") hereby notifies that the Bank's Board of Directors approved "The main priorities of strategic development of "Halyk" Group for 2013-2015".

The document determines the main development priorities of "Halyk" financial services group for the next three years, including development of the Bank as a "core" of the Group and its subsidiaries.

The document determines strategic goal of the Group for three forthcoming years as "retention and strengthening of leading positions in all segments of financial services market and, as the result, higher growth rates in priority business directions compared to the main peers". The Bank's key priority is to become "#1 Bank in Kazakhstan", and that of the Bank's subsidiaries is to become "Leading players on their markets".
