KEY DATES RELATING TO THE INTERIM DIVIDEND

Following the announcement on 30 July 2015 of its Interim Results for the 6 months ended 30 June 2015, Communisis announces that its Interim Report has today been posted to shareholders who elected to receive it in hard copy form.

With effect from 21 August 2015 the Interim Report will be available as follows:

· on the Company's website (www.communisis.com); and

· by writing to the Company Secretary at Communisis plc, Communisis House, Manston Lane, Leeds, LS15 8AH.

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, a copy of the report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

10 September 2015 Ex-dividend date

11 September 2015 Record date

8 October 2015 Payment date
