Tungsten announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Proxy Form have been mailed to all shareholders.

The AGM of Tungsten Corporation plc is to be held at the offices of Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London EC2A 2AG on Friday 21 September 2017 at 2.00pm.

Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM.
