Mailing of Annual Report, Notice of AGM and Proxy form
Further to the release and website publication on Monday 25 July 2016 of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2016 ("Annual Report"), Tungsten announces that its Annual Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Proxy Form have been mailed to all shareholders.
Copies are also available on the Company's website, www.tungstencorporationplc.com.
The AGM of Tungsten Corporation plc is to be held at the offices of Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London EC2A 2HA on Friday 16 September 2016 at 2.00pm.
Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM.
