OJSC "Magnit" Announces the Opening of the 134th Hypermarket

Krasnodar, April 9, 2013: OJSC "Magnit" (the "Company"; MICEX and LSE: MGNT) ispleased to announce the opening of the 134th hypermarket of a medium format.

Please be informed that today the Company has opened its 134th hypermarket of amedium format located at 4 Lelyushenko street, Rostov-on-Don, Southern federaldistrict. Assortment of the hypermarket consists of more than 11,400 SKUs, outof which about 63% are food items. There are 31 cash desks installed in thesales area. The hypermarket is open 7 days a week from 10 am to 11:30 pm.
