Series Fleet 2018‑01 Class A Notes (ISIN XS1728162667)Series Fleet 2018‑01 Class B Notes (ISIN XS1728163558)Series Fleet 2018‑01 Class C Notes (ISIN XS1728164101)Series Fleet 2018‑01 Class D Notes (ISIN XS1728164523)Series Fleet 2018‑01 Class Z1 Notes (ISIN XS1728164879)Series Fleet 2018‑01 Class Z2 Notes (ISIN XS1728165173)Series Fleet 2018‑01 Class S Notes (ISIN XS1728165256) (the Notes)

Clause 1 (Standard Interpretation Provision) of the RMBS Framework Terms, Edition 1, dated 1 November 2016 and signed by or on behalf of Citibank, N.A., London Branch (as the Security Trustee) for the purposes of identification (as the same may be amended, varied or supplemented from time to time) in relation to the Issuer's residential mortgage backed securities programme shall apply to this notice as if set out in this paragraph and treating this notice as the Principal Document.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to each Holder of a Note that:

(a) the Issuer has fully redeemed all of the Notes on 15 February 2023;

(b) the Financial Conduct Authority in its capacity as the competent authority under the UK Prospectus Regulation (the FCA (as the UK's securities regulator)) and the London Stock Exchange plc (the London Stock Exchange) have each been informed by the Issuer that the Issuer has fully redeemed all of the Notes on 15 February 2023, pursuant to Base Condition 6.4 of the Note Conditions in respect of the Series Fleet 2018‑01 Notes;

(c) the FCA (as the UK's securities regulator) will cancel the listing of the Notes on the official list of the Financial Conduct Authority with effect from on or about 17 March 2023; and

(d) the London Stock Exchange will cancel the admission of the Notes to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market with effect from 17 March 2023.
