Forum Energy Plc21 December 2006 21 December 2006 Forum Energy Plc ("Forum" or the "Company") LTIP vesting of options The Company announces that yesterday the Board approved the issue of 81,500ordinary shares to the trustees of the Forum Energy plc Employee Benefit Trust("the EBT"). This represents the first tranche due to the EBT under the termsof the LTIP, details of which were announced on 18 September 2006. On 28 September 2006 the trustees of the EBT served a notice of exercise inrespect of 81,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company,representing 0.29% of the issued share capital of the Company pursuant to anoption ("the Option") granted to them on 14 September 2006. This Option wasgranted in order to satisfy a reversionary interest award ("the Award") grantedto Russell Harvey on the attainment of the share price reaching £1.25. TheOption became exercisable on 28 September 2006 and on the same date the Awardvested absolutely. Application has been made for these shares to be admitted for trading on AIM on29 December 2006.
