LTIP Awards
CityFibre (AIM: CFHL), a leading designer, builder, owner and operator of fibre optic infrastructure in UK towns and cities, announces that on 9th May 2018, the Company granted nil-cost options over a total of 8,057,518 ordinary shares and nominal value options over 43,210 ordinary shares (representing approximately 1.28% of the Company's issued share capital in aggregate) under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")and the Company's Non-Employee Long Term Incentive Plan respectively.
Awards over a total of 5,882,339 ordinary shares for the directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities have been set out in the table below and are subject to vesting criteria based on share price performance, turnover and profit measures:
