LTIP 2022 EPS Performance Target
RPS, a leading multi-sector global professional services firm, confirms the EPS target applicable to the 2022 grant of LTIP awards made on 22 March 2022, to John Douglas, Chief Executive and Judith Cottrell, Group Finance Director.
The Remuneration Committee confirmed on page 131 of the Report and Accounts (the 'Report'), that the 2022 LTIP awards would vest dependent on the achievement of three performance measures: TSR (50% weighting), EPS (25% weighting) and cash conversion (25% weighting). The performance targets relating to TSR and cash conversation were disclosed in the Report. The Committee chose to delay the setting of the EPS target to ensure that it could consider all relevant information and set a target that was sufficiently stretching.
The Remuneration Committee is now able to confirm the EPS target, which is set out below:
Performance measure | Weighting | Measurement period | Performance targets | Vesting level (% maximum) |
Earnings Per Share
(measured on a constant currency basis) |
25% |
Performance in year 3
(i.e. year ending 31 December 2024) |
13p 8.25p Below 8.25p
Between 8.25p and 13p |
100% 20% 0%
Pro-rata on a straight-line basis between 20% and 100% |
The performance conditions for the 2022 LTIP awards are consistent with the Company's approved Directors' Remuneration Policy and full details will be provided in the 2022 Report and Accounts.
