LSR starts construction of two buildings in ZILART

LSR starts construction of two buildings in ZILARTLSR Group, the leading Russia's real estate developer by the volume of housing under construction (source - Unified register of developers as of April 2018), obtained a construction permit for Buildings No. 9 and No.10 in its flagship ZILART project.Building No.9 comprises three blocks of various heights, from 2 to 39 floors, up to 150 meters high. There are 373 apartments with a total area of 29,601 sqm, commercial premises with the total area of 5,052 sqm, as well as an underground parking for 231 lots.Building No.10 consists of three blocks of various heights, from 3 to 20 floors, up to 77 meters high. There are 276 apartments with the total area of 23,805 sqm, commercial premises with the total area of 9,593 sqm, as well as an underground parking for 986 parking lots. ZILART is a massive redevelopment project with a unified architectural concept. The 1.2 km long pedestrian boulevard named after Vesnin brothers will become the project's center of attraction with a concert hall, Hermitage-Moscow museum, theatres, shopping malls and a hotel. A landscaped park with the total area of 10 hectares will be completed very soon comprising a basketball court, tennis courts and a children's playground. A wide embankment will be constructed along the Moskva river. ZILART's social infrastructure will include 11 kindergartens for 1,440 kids, an educational complex for 2,500 students and a school for 875 students.Three metro stations are located within walking distance from ZILART - Tulskaya, Avtozavodskaya and Tekhnopark, along with the station ZIL of the Moscow Central Circle (MCC). In 2018, it is planned to start construction of a motorway bridge to link the Third Ring with Varshavskoe highway.
