LSR Group starts pre-sales of riverfront apartments in Civilization

LSR Group has started pre-sales of apartments in a new building of Civilization project in Nevsky District of St. Petersburg. It is the first building with river view apartments available for sale within the project.

The building, with a total area exceeding 56 th sqm, comprises 791 apartments with the area ranging from 35 to 103 sqm, as well as commercial premises. The price per sqm starts at RUB 83,000. Apartments are available both with turn-key finishing and without it. The completion is scheduled for mid-2021.

The apartments are positioned as comfort class however some options typical for business class are also available to customers. All apartments in the building have panoramic views either of the Neva river, or green areas and a 1 km long boulevard. Business class finishing option is available to buyers.

The project's social infrastructure includes two schools for 3,300 children, four kindergartens for 720 children, playgrounds and sports ground. Shops and service companies will be located on the ground floors of the residential buildings. There are several large hypermarkets, shopping malls, DIY stores only a few minutes away from the project. Ulitsa Dybenko metro station is within walking distance from the project.
