LSR Group to construct new house in Luchi project

LSR Group has obtained the permit for construction of building No. 9 in Luchi comfort-class residential project in Moscow.

The building consists of 576 apartments and a parking for 243 cars. Net sellable area amounts to 30 th sqm. Construction is to be completed in 2021.

This building is part of the fifth stage of Luchi project. The buildings in the first stage of construction have been commissioned. The second stage will be completed this year, the third stage is scheduled for 2019 and the fourth stage for 2020.

Luchi project is located within three-minute walk from Solntsevo metro station. According to Moscow Urban Development and Construction Complex, the metro station will be opened this year. From one- to four-bedroom apartments with total area ranging from 33 to 100 sqm are available for sale. There is an underground parking for 3,266 cars. Four kindergartens for 800 kids and two schools for 1,650 children will be built within the territory of Luchi. Favorable location between Borovskoye and Kiyevskoe Highways allows to reach the city center within 30 minutes. Ulyanovsk Forest Park and Chobotovsky Forest are two kilometers away from Luchi.
