LSR Group to build new residential project in Yekaterinburg

LSR Group plans to build a comfort class residential project Tsvetnoy Bulvar in Pionersky District of Yekaterinburg. The project comprises 9 buildings of various height ranging from 6 to 33 floors, to be implemented in several stages. The area of apartments and commercial premises will exceed 120,000 sqm. The construction will start in Q4 2017.

The project utilizes both pre-fab and poured concrete technologies. Ground floors will be allocated for retail and office premises. A surface parking area will comprise more than 1,200 parking lots. The final phase of the project is scheduled for completion by 2023.
