LSR Group to Build Dormitory in Yekaterinburg

LSR Group signed a RUB 851 mln contract for the construction of a dormitory of Ural Federal University in Yekaterinburg.

The 25,000 sqm dormitory will host 1,230 students and will be located on campus within walking distance from the university. The building was ordered by The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

The building will be constructed using reinforced concrete items produced by the company's prefab factory in Yekaterinburg and will feature the proprietary seamless facade technology.

The project is financed by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation allocating RUB 955 mln within the federal program for education development.
