LSR Group starts pre-sales in Voskhod project in Yekaterinburg

LSR Group has started pre-sales in its new residential project Voskhod located in 40-Letiya Komsomola Street in Yekaterinburg. The project implies construction of two buildings with the total area of 47.5 th sqm on the land plot of 1.2 ha. The completion is scheduled for 4Q 2019.

At the moment the following types of apartments are available for sale: studio apartments ranging from 26 to 32 sqm, one-room apartments ranging from 33.5 to 38 sqm, two-room apartments ranging from 41.8 to 57 sqm and three-room apartments ranging from 66.8 to 72.7 sqm. All apartments are offered on a turnkey basis.
