LSR Group starts pre-sales in its new residential project "Tsvetnoy Gorod" in Saint Petersburg

LSR Group starts pre-sales of apartments in its new residential project "Tsvetnoy Gorod" in Saint Petersburg. It is planned to build 2.5 mln sqm of residential real estate.

The first phase implies construction of two 25-storey buildings comprising 469 studios, one-, two-, and three-room apartments, as well as commercial premises with a total area of 170.8 sqm on the ground floor. The price per square meter of apartments starts at RUB 59,000. A 4-storey parking for 125 vehicles will be built nearby. These buildings are scheduled for completion in 2018.

The whole project implies construction of more than 50,000 apartments for 80,000 residents, as well as 10 schools, 16 kindergartens for 2.5 thousand children, 4 clinics and hospitals for 450 patients. The construction is carried out in accordance with the Federal Law No. 214.

The land plot is located in Krasnogvardeysky District, on the banks of Okhta river, close to large forestlands.
