LSR Group starts pre-sales in new project

LSR Group starts pre-sales in new residential project in St. Petersburg

LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MOEX: LSRG) started pre-sales of apartments in its new elite residential project with a total area of 56 th sq m located in the Central district of St. Petersburg. The project is being constructed on a land plot of 2.4 hectares at the intersection of Baskov lane and Korolenko street.

The elite house will comprise 395 apartments from 52.7 to 265.7 sq m. The starting price is set at RUB 180 th per sq m. The construction is carried out in accordance with the Federal Law No. 214. The project is scheduled for completion in December 2017.
