LSR Group starts pre-sales in Meridian project in Yekaterinburg

LSR Group starts pre-sales of apartments in its new project Meridian in Yekaterinburg located in south-western part of the city.

The first building comprises of 135 one-, two-, and three-room apartments with the area ranging from 33,8 to 75 sqm. The price per sqm starts at RUB 48,000. Completion of the first stage is scheduled for 2018.

The whole project will consist of 16 buildings, ranging from 8 up to 25 floors, with a net sellable area exceeding 200,000 sqm. Our prefab factory in Yekaterinburg will supply reinforced concrete items for the project. 

Taking into account the size of the project, it will be carried out in several stages. Whole project will be completed in 2026.
