LSR Group starts pre-sales of apartments in its new residential project "Kaleidoscope" in Saint Petersburg
LSR Group starts pre-sales of apartments in its new project "Kaleidoscope" in Saint Petersburg. It is planned to build about 114.3 thousand sq m of residential real estate.
Project implementation started from construction of a building comprising 240 apartments. The price per square meter starts at RUB 76,000.
The "Kaleidoscope" residential project will consist of six residential buildings with a various number of floors comprising 2195 apartments as well as a parking. The first residential building is scheduled for completion in 4Q 2018. Full completion of the project is scheduled for completion in 4Q 2019.
The new project is under construction in the district with a well-developed social, commercial and leisure infrastructure. Shopping malls and entertainment centers with cinema, bowling alleys, boutiques, coffee bars and restaurants are located nearby.
