LSR Group to build new residential project in Yekaterinburg

LSR Group plans to build a new project comprising 16 buildings on the land plot of 27 ha between Michurinsky and Akademichesky residential neighborhoods.

Construction of Meridian residential complex will be launched in June 2017 within the borders of Tenistaya street, Verkhneufaleyskaya street, Landau street and Yevgeniy Savkov street. The project will comprise 16 buildings of various heights, ranging from 8 up to 25 floors, with a net sellable area exceeding 200,000 sqm, intended for approximately 8 thousand residents. Commercial premises, including shops, offices, banks, pharmacies, will occupy ground floors. A boulevard will be constructed within the complex, parallel to Verkhneufaleyskaya street, to become a part of the unified neighborhood redevelopment scheme. Our prefab factory in Yekaterinburg will supply reinforced concrete items for Meridian.

The project will be carried out in four phases. The first phase is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2020. It is planned to commission the whole project in 2026.
