LSR Group shares included in MICEX list A1

LSR Group shares at MICEX included in Quotation list "A1"

LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MICEX, RTS: LSRG) received a notification from CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange that the Executive Board decided to include LSR Group ordinary shares in the Quotation list "A1".

CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange transferred LSR Group ordinary registered book-entry shares (registered under unified state registration number 1-01-55234-E on 28 September 2006) from the Quotation list "A" of the 2nd level to the Quotation list "A" of the 1st level.

Shares transfer to the Quotation list "A1" was determined by the fact LSR Group and its shares fully comply with MICEX requirements in terms of corporate performance and liquidity.
