LSR Group sells ready-mix concrete plants in Moscow

LSR Group and ARAKEL-TK LLC signed a preliminary agreement for the sale of LSR Group's ready-mix concrete facilities located in Moscow. The companies have already obtained the approval of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) with regard to this deal. Under the agreement the buyer acquires operating control over the plants in April 2015. The transaction value is not disclosed.

This deal is a part of LSR Group's strategy to focus on projects with the highest returns on the invested capital and the fast growing real estate development business thus maximizing shareholder value of the company.
