LSR Group redeems its Series-02 bonds

OJSC LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MICEX-RTS: LSRG), one of the leading real estate developers and building materials producers in Russia, completed buy-back of its Series-02 interest-bearing non-convertible bonds with mandatory safekeeping.

The issue identification number is 4-02-55234-E as of 29 May 2008. The bonds were bought back in accordance with the planned Public Offer dated January, 18, 2013.

The number of submitted bonds was 639,028 (six hundred thirty nine thousand twenty eight). The total value of the transaction was RUB 639,858,736.40 (six hundred thirty nine million eight hundred fifty eight thousand seven hundred thirty six and forty) including the accrued interest.
