LSR Group ranked Russia's largest real estate developer 

According to the results of the survey by the National Union of Housing Developers (NOZA), LSR Group again became Russia's largest real estate company by the volume of housing under construction.

The ranking is based on project declarations submitted by construction companies. According to NOZA, as of February 1, 2017, LSR Group had 2.2 mln sqm under construction which accounts for more than 2% of the total volume of housing under construction in Russia.

LSR Group maintains its positions due to the launch of several new large-scale projects including ZILART and LUCHI in Moscow, Michurinsky in Yekaterinburg, Tsvetnoy Gorod, Novaya Okhta, Civilization and Tri Vetra in Saint Petersburg.

"High quality of our housing ensures robust demand. This encourages the company to bring new ambitious projects to our markets. We keep on adding new residential projects to our portfolio and continue fulfilling all obligations to our clients", Yuri Ilyin, Chief communications officer, points out.

A total of 2,755 real estate developers are listed in the rating. According to NOZA, the total volume of housing under construction in Russia stands at nearly 107 mln sqm as of February 1, 2017. TOP 200 companies account for 50% (more than 53 mln sqm).

The Unified Register of Real Estate Developers is a unique project implemented with support of the National Union of Developers. It includes a complete database of real estate developers engaged in residential; construction on the territory of the Russian Federation under the shared construction scheme.
