LSR Group pays third coupon on its Series BO-05 bonds

LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MICEX-RTS: LSRG) fully paid the third coupon of its Series BO-05 certificated interest-bearing non-convertible bearer bonds with mandatory safekeeping worth RUB 84,460,000.

The identification number of the issue is 4B02-05-55234-E as of 16 February 2011.

The total interest paid for the first, second and third coupons amounted to RUB 253,380,000 (two hundred fifty three million and three hundred eighty thousand).

The bond issue was placed on July, 28, 2011. The maturity is 1092 days since the placement day divided into 6 coupon periods of 182 days each.
