LSR Group pays 10th coupon on its Series-03 bonds

LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MICEX-RTS: LSRG) fully paid the 10th coupon on its Series-03 certificated interest-bearing non-convertible bearer bonds with mandatory safekeeping worth RUB 0,50 and fully redeemed them at par value.

The state registration number of the issue is 4-03-55234-Еas of 2 November 2011.

The amount of interest per one bond for the 10th coupon is RUB 0.50.

The bond issue was placed on 14 September 2012. The maturity is 1820 days since the placement date divided into 10 coupon periods. The total size of the issue is 3,000,000 bonds with a nominal value of RUB 1,000 each.
