LSR Group paid dividends on ordinary shares of PJSC LSR Group for 2016.

The total amount of cash dividends paid was RUB 8,036,136,782. Dividend paid per ordinary share was RUB 78.00.

The decision to pay out dividends was adopted on June 09, 2017 by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with the Board of Directors' recommendation.
