LSR Group launches new project in Yekaterinburg

LSR Group is about to start construction of its new project Voskhod in Yekaterinburg. The project comprises two buildings with the total area of 47.5 th sqm to be constructed on a land plot of 1.2 ha.

The total number of apartments is 849, including studios ranging from 26.2 - 32 sqm, one-bedroom apartments - from 33.5 to 38 sqm, two-bedroom apartments - from 41.8 to 57.6 sqm, and three-bedroom apartments - from 66.8 to 72.7 sqm. The project's net sellable area is 33 th sqm. The price per square meter starts at RUB 49,900.

Playgrounds, sports grounds and other recreation facilities will be located on the project's territory. The district benefits from the developed retail and social infrastructure. It is only 20-minute drive to the city's center.

The construction will start in Q1 2018 and the completion is scheduled for 2020.
