LSR Group executes put option for its Series-04 bonds

LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MOEX: LSRG) completed buy-back of its Series-04 interest-bearing non-convertible bonds with mandatory safekeeping

The buy-back was executed on October 27, 2016 upon the request of the owner and in accordance with the terms of the offer and the Prospectus. The state registration number is 4-04-55234-E as of 02.11.2011.

The total amount of series 04 bonds acquired was 135. The total amount of transaction was RUB 135 002,70 including the accrued interest.
