LSR Group completes Europa City project in St. Petersburg

LSR Group has completed construction of the last two buildings in its business-class project Europa City in Petrogradsky District of St. Petersburg. Buildings Nos. 11 and 12 comprise 200 apartments with the total area of 19 th sqm.

Europa City comprises 17 buildings with the total area exceeding 150 th sqm. The total number of apartments is 1,645, and 90 % of them are already pre-sold. Apartments with the area ranging from 42 to 97 sqm are still available for sale, with the price per sqm starting at RUB 134,000. There is an underground parking for 492 cars. In 2016, a kindergarten for 110 kids opened on the territory of the project.

Europa City residential project is located within ten minutes of walking distance from the Petrogradskaya metro station and Bolshoy Prospect, in the historical area with developed social infrastructure including shops, cafes, restaurants, theaters and cinemas.
