LSR Group completes 65,000 sqm in Novaya Okhta project

LSR Group has completed construction of four buildings in its large-scale project Novaya Okhta located in Krasnogvardeysky District of Saint Petersburg. The company has commissioned buildings Nos. 31-34 comprising 846 apartments with the total area exceeding 65,000 sqm. The apartments will be transferred fully finished and ready to move in.

The completed buildings are 98% pre-sold. However a few apartments with the area ranging from 40 to 65 sqm are still available for sale, with the price per square meter starting at RUB 79,000.

Novaya Okhta is one of LSR Group's flagship projects implying construction of both housing and all necessary social infrastructure with a focus on young families. In particular, we have already completed an educational center comprising a kindergarten for 110 children and a primary school for 200 kids, as well as a child health center, another two kindergartens for 240 children. Retail premises are located on the ground floors of the residential buildings, most of them already operating.
