LSR Group completes 175 th sqm in Shuvalovsky project

LSR Group has completed several buildings (2,187 apartments) with the total area of 175 th sqm in its project Shuvalovsky in St. Petersburg.

The completed buildings are nearly 100% pre-sold. Only several apartments from 34 to 79 sqm are still available for sale, with the price per sqm starting at RUB 83,000.Shuvalovsky is being constructed in Primorsky District of St. Petersburg, at the junction of Parashyutnaya Street and Shuvalovsky Prospect. It is one of the largest projects under construction by LSR Group in the city, comprising 8,731 apartments with the total area of 680 th sqm. The whole project is scheduled for commissioning by 2020.
