LSR Group awarded A2 reliability rating by RASK

The "A" ratings indicate the highest level of reliability and are assigned for the exceptionally effective management system, company's capability to fulfill its obligations to customers and complete all projects under construction, as well as compliance with the transparency requirements stated in Federal Law No. 214-FZ of December 30, 2004. Potential negative influence of external factors on such companies is inconsiderable.

One of the key competitive advantages of LSR Group is the diversification of its assets between several businesses including real estate development, construction and production of building materials. The following factors also contributed to the company's positive ranking: solid positions in the key markets and high profits.
