LSR Group Announces New Appointment

LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MOEX: LSRG), one of the leading real estate developers and building materials producers in Russia, informs of the new appointment.

Andrey Nikitin has been promoted to First Deputy CEO and will retain his current position as Chief Financial Officer. Mr.Nikitin will take charge of development and implementation of LSR Group's strategy. His new responsibilities will include:

1) Strategic planning and motivation system implementation focusing on the full alignment of shareholder and management interests;

2) Organizational renewal and development, including strategic IT function, organizational efficiency and integration of business units and the management company;

3) Investment policy towards the company's existing assets and new acquisitions (through development and management of the investment committee).
