NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH LISTING RULE 9.6.13
Further to the announcement of 27th July 2011, British American Tobacco p.l.c. (the "Company"), in accordance with paragraph 9.6.13(1) of the UK Listing Authority Listing Rules, confirms that Ms Ann Godbehere, who has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 3rd October 2011 is a Director of the following publicly quoted companies:-
