Morgan Sindall PLC09 January 2007 Morgan Sindall plc Lovell to carry out £76m of housing improvements in Hammersmith & Fulham Housing refurbishment specialist Lovell, a division of Morgan Sindall plc, hasbeen selected by Hammersmith & Fulham Housing Management Services ("HFHMS") towork on its major Decent Homes housing modernisation programme in West London. Lovell will be carrying out £32 million of improvement work to 2,300 homes inthe Hammersmith Central area over four years. The company will also beundertaking modernisation work worth £44 million to 2,900 homes in the FulhamNorth area. The work is due to start in January 2007. Lovell is one of five contractors appointed by HFHMS to bring housing stock upto the Government's Decent Homes standard by 2010.
