Long-Term Incentive Plan - PDMR announcement
The Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") announced in May 2018 was established to incentivise senior management and employees to deliver long-term value creation and ensure alignment with shareholder interests, as well as provide a mechanism to comply with deferred variable compensation guidelines.
Under the terms of the LTIP, the LTIP Options awarded below will vest on the third anniversary of the relevant recipients' respective dates of joining the Company, subject to the recipients remaining employees of the Company.
The Company's PDMRs listed below have been granted on 25 July 2019, in aggregate, nil-cost LTIP Options over 51,763 Ordinary Shares of the Company based on a price of 444p and 513p, respectively, being the average closing price of the Company's Ordinary Shares over the ten trading days prior to the PDMRs joining the Company.
