Millennium & Copthorne Hotels PLC04 September 2006 Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc Long-term Incentive Awards On 1 September 2006 the following executive director and other personsdischarging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") of the Company, were grantedawards ("Awards") entitling them to acquire ordinary shares of 30 pence and inthe Company under the Millennium & Copthorne Hotels Long Term Incentive Plan: Executive Director Number of shares covered by Performance Share Award Wong Hong Ren 67,834 Other PDMR Number of shares covered by Performance Share Award Adrian Bushnell 8,705 Ali Al Lahkram 5,336 Robin Lee 9,734 Sudheer Raghaven 11,563 Michael Sengol 10,984 The Awards will normally vest on the third anniversary of the grant date,subject to continued employment and the meeting of an earnings per share growthperformance condition. In respect of the executive directors, the above notifications are made inaccordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a) and (b), and in respect of the other PDMRs namedabove, in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a). No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards and no payment is due onthe vesting and exercise of these awards.
