Lodgement of Target Statement - Australian Solomons Gold (ASG)
Allied Gold Limited today lodged a copy of the Target Statement lodged by Australian Solomons Gold Limited in response to the takeover by Allied Gold Limited.
The Directors of ASG have unanimously recommended that the shareholders of ASG accept the Allied Gold Limited Offer.
